VOID 04: Photographs
Photography was a leading process in the '04 series they were the base of the visual energy of the series: clean, organized and formally experimental. In the exhibit I printed a small selection from this study, placing them in the format of what I call False Objects° and prints meant to be experienced in hand. The False Objects° mirrored the presentation of several dated consumer media formats such as CD's, DVD's and cassette tapes. The prints were done small and meant to be touched as a contrast to the usual format exiled from humanity on the gallery wall. Videography that accompanies the still printed images in the exhibit was taken during photo shoots as a first person behind-the scenes perspective carried with the natural audio samples of my creative process as well.
